Opening Ceremony

Be sure to attend the WCD 2015 Opening Ceremony on the evening of June 8. The world-class Vancouver Police Pipe Band will welcome guests from all around the world and start this congress with flair. Addresses by the ILDS and WCD 2015 Organizing Committee will welcome you to your host city of Vancouver and officially commence the 23RD World Congress of Dermatology.

WCD Gala Event
Friday, June 12 – 18:00
Immerse yourself in diverse cultures at the WCD Gala event! Taking place at Rogers Arena, Vancouver’s premier sports and concert facility, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy cuisine from around the world while also experiencing a global journey through music and dance. With performers representing many corners of our world, this musical and rhythm extravaganza will surely entertain all. Come join us for an evening welcoming you to the rich, multicultural environment of Canada and in celebration of our shared worldwide community. It will be a night not to be missed!

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception is available to registered delegates, sponsors and exhibitors at a fee of $25 US. Attendees must be 19 years of age or older. Due to industry sponsorship compliance rules for medical conferences, registered WCD delegates must purchase their own tickets for this reception. Th e Welcome Reception is included in the Accompanying Person package fee. The dress code is business attire. |
Closing Ceremony
Saturday, June 13 – 16:00
The Closing Ceremony will conclude a memorable and rewarding week of academic, social and business exchanges.
