Hotel reservations must be made in conjunction with registration for the 23RD WCD.
Availability cannot be guaranteed for reservations received after the housing deadline of April 30, 2015 9:00 am PST.
Depending on demand, additional hotels may be added and information is subject to change at any time.
Hotel Reservation Guarantee Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. The credit card expiration date must be later than June 2015. The card provided will be charged a one (1) night’s room and applicable tax at time of booking.
Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be sent to the Housing Bureau in writing via email, fax, or mail.
- For cancellations received prior to October 31, 2014, refunds less $100 CAD administration fee will be levied; this fee is applicable regardless of cancellation reason or method.
- Cancellations received on or after November 1, 2014 are subject to the equivalent of a one-night stay at your confirmed room rate; this fee is applicable regardless of cancellation reason or method.
